以紫茎泽兰为试材,采用重铬酸钾法、DNS法和重铬酸钾硫代硫酸钠法测定复合菌剂强化紫茎泽兰堆肥后的纤维素、半纤维素和木质素含量,研究了复合菌剂对紫茎泽兰堆肥的影响。结果表明:堆肥前期纤维素、半纤维素和木质素含量显著下降。在第3天时,纤维素、半纤维素、木质素分解率比对照组分别提高了17.0%、27.7%、11.3%。结果表明复合菌剂能促进紫茎泽兰的降解。
Eupatorium adenophorum was used as test material to determine the contents of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin after compounded with the composite strain Agaricus Eupatorium by using potassium dichromate method, DNS method and sodium dichromate and sodium thiosulfate method , The effect of compound bactericide on compost of Eupatorium adenophorum was studied. The results showed that the contents of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin decreased significantly in early composting stage. On the third day, the decomposition rates of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin were increased by 17.0%, 27.7% and 11.3% respectively compared with the control. The results showed that the compound bactericide could promote the degradation of Eupatorium adenophorum.
