对酸浸-置换工艺回收废甲醇催化剂中的铜进行了研究。酸浸实验中考察了酸浸时间、液固比、酸浸温度对铜浸出量的影响;置换实验中考察了pH、置换时间、置换温度对铜回收量的影响。研究表明,酸浸-置换工艺回收废甲醇催化剂中铜的最佳工艺条件为:酸浸时间80 min、液固比20:1、酸浸温度80℃、置换pH=5、置换时间60 min、置换温度65℃。每克废甲醇催化剂可回收铜0.4531 g。
The recovery of copper in spent methanol catalyst by acid leaching-displacement process was studied. The effects of acid leaching time, liquid-solid ratio and acid leaching temperature on copper leaching were investigated in acid leaching experiments. The effects of pH, replacement time and replacement temperature on copper recovery were investigated in displacement experiments. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the recovery of copper from waste methanol catalyst by acid leaching - displacement process were: acid leaching time 80 min, liquid - solid ratio 20: 1, acid leaching temperature 80 ℃, displacement pH = 5, displacement time 60 min, Replacement temperature 65 ℃. Recoverable copper per gram of waste methanol catalyst 0.4531 g.
