法学是实践性很强的学科,实践教学就成为保证法学专业本科教育质量的重要一环。各高校都结合实际将实践教学内容纳入教学计划中,实践教学的形式也越来越多,教学计划学分所占的比例也逐步提高,各种特色项目的实践教学形式如模拟法庭、法律诊所教育等让学生切实受益,师生对实践教学思想认识到位,参与实践教学的积极性较高。尽管这样,实践教学仍然不能尽如人意。法学本科专业是我校2006年的新增专业,实践教学仍存在不少问题,需要根据学校的条件和师生状况进行改革和创新,以实现培养高级实用型法律专业人才的目标。

Practical teaching forms of various characteristic projects such as moot court, legal clinic education For students to really benefit, teachers and students in place of practical teaching thinking, participation in practical teaching higher enthusiasm. In spite of this, practice teaching still can not be satisfactory. Law undergraduate majors are new majors in our school in 2006, and there are still many problems in practical teaching. We need to reform and innovate according to the conditions of schools and teachers and students in order to achieve the goal of training advanced and practical legal professionals.
