全国葡萄酒工作会议于1999年7月26日-29日在河北省北戴河召开。来自河北、山东两省酿酒协会负责人,与全国18个省市40余家葡萄酒生产企业的近70名代表参加了这次会议。著名葡萄酿酒专家郭其昌教授、王秋芳高级工程师、全国食品发酵标准化中心田柄静副主任、国家葡萄洒检测中心朱济义副主任和中国酿酒工业协会秘书长王延才出席了会议。会议由中国酿酒工业协会葡萄酒专业委员会秘书长王恭堂、副秘书长赵全迎分别主持。此次会议主要讨论了以下内容:
The National Wine Working Conference was held on July 26-29, 1999 in Beidaihe, Hebei Province. Leaders from the winemaking associations of Hebei and Shandong provinces and nearly 70 representatives of more than 40 wine production enterprises from 18 provinces and cities across the country attended the conference. Prof. Guo Qichang, a senior engineer of Wang Qiufang, a famous winemaking expert, Wang Tianfang, deputy director of the National Food Fermentation Standardization Center, Tianjiu Jing, Deputy Director Zhu Jiyi of the National Grape Sprinkling Testing Center and Wang Yancai, Secretary-General of China Wine Industry Association attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Wang Gongtang, Secretary-General of the Wine Professional Committee of the China Brewery Industry Association and Deputy Secretary-General Zhao Quanying.
