序言走过一年四季,在这个孕育着活力与希望的春天里,“3·15”又踏着铿锵高昂的步伐向我们走来。改变的,是光阴的轮转与市场的起伏;不变的,是消费者对质量与权益始终如一的高度关注。对于服装行业而言,2012年是踯躅前行的一年,是充满变数的一年,尤其是频繁曝光的服装质量问题,更是让服装行业的天空中充满了或多或少的“雾霾”。曾几何时,拥有13亿多人口的中国,凭借其廉价的劳动力、租金,以及原料等诸多优势,一度成为全球服装制造商争夺的市场高地。
