自动沉积涂料系由丙烯酸单体及苯乙烯在乳化剂、引发剂存在下共聚而成的乳胶与炭黑、活化剂、氧化剂、酸等混合而成。当将钢铁零件浸入由这种涂料配成的槽液时,漆液中的酸溶解钢铁表面使其析出Fe~(++),而氧化剂则使Fe~(++)转变成Fe~(+++),当Fe~(+++)在界面超过某一浓度时,即可产生局部脱稳作用,导致漆液中的成膜组份分离并沉积在金属表面形成一层水洗不掉的湿膜。自动沉积涂装工艺与电沉积涂装工艺有相似之处,但比电沉积涂装工艺更优越。(1)不含任何挥发性有机溶剂,操作时无味,
