[目的]研究塞来昔布对荷人肺癌裸鼠肿瘤的抑制作用.[方法]采用人肺癌A549细胞系体外培养后进行裸鼠移植瘤实验.通过移植瘤重、微血管密度和癌细胞凋亡指数比较,观察塞来昔布干预对荷人肺癌裸鼠肿瘤的抑制作用.[结果] 对照组瘤重平均(2.1567±0.9750) g,实验组平均(0.9783±0.5423) g,两组有显著性差异(P＜0.05),抑瘤率为54.64%;移植瘤微血管密度对照组为(42.82±10 .25)个/HP,实验组为(22.24±5.62)个/HP(
