建构主义学习理论是我国高校法学专业摆脱课堂教学困境的理论源泉,其所强调的“知识构建”学习目标符合法学专业课程的特点和需要。教师在从学生已有知识基础上帮助学习者完成“知识增长”的过程,需要建立一种适合于这种学习目标的课堂组织模式。一种有助于学习者完成“新旧知识交互”的教学方法,将重新审视教师与学生的角色,并以此为基础设计并完善与之相适应的课堂教学策略。
Constructivism learning theory is the theoretical source of law major in colleges and universities in getting rid of classroom teaching dilemma. Its emphasis on “learning by knowledge” is in line with the characteristics and needs of law major. Teachers in the process of helping learners to complete “knowledge growth” based on the students’ existing knowledge need to establish a classroom organization model suitable for such learning objectives. A teaching method that helps learners to complete “new and old knowledge interaction ” will re-examine the role of teachers and students and use it as a basis to design and perfect the classroom teaching strategies.
