本文提出了一种求解串并混联水电站水库群补偿调节和调度的多目标多层次优化法,该法是作者提出的梯级水库群补偿调节和调度的多目标多层次法的进一步发展.该方法中同时考虑了随机径流的自相关关系和互相关关系.应用该模型和软件包已完成了43个系统的优化补偿调节和调度研究,规模最大的一个系统达22座水库38座水电站.
In this paper, a multi-objective multi-level optimization method is proposed for solving the regulation and scheduling of reservoir cluster in the Shuanghelianlian Hydropower Station. This method is a further development of the multi-objective multi-level method of adjustment and dispatching of cascade reservoirs. The autocorrelation and cross-correlation of stochastic runoff are taken into account, and 43 models of optimal compensation adjustment and scheduling studies have been completed using this model and software package. The largest system has a total capacity of 38 reservoirs and 22 reservoirs.
