1979年,我送走了一个高中毕业班。这个班在刚组成时,学生中存在不少问题。学习比较好的只抠书本,一心想升大学,不愿意当班干部,不爱参加政治活动,不关心与升学无关的事情。学习差一些的,想升学,又怕升不上去,精神紧张,思想包袱很重。学习跟不上的,认为升学无望,前途渺茫,思想苦闷,只等混到毕业。针对这些不同的想法,我一个一个地做思想工作,教育他们树立远大理想,德、智、体全面发展,一颗红心多种准备,听从国家的安排。
In 1979, I sent away a high school graduation class. When this class was just formed, there were many problems among students. Learning better to pull the book, bent on going to college, do not want to shift cadres, do not love to participate in political activities, do not care about things unrelated to further education. Poor learning, want to go to school, afraid of rising or not, nervous, heavy thought burden. Learning can not keep up, that there is no hope for further education, future uncertain, depressed thinking, waiting only to get mixed graduation. In response to these different ideas, I have done ideological work one by one and educated them to establish an all-round development with ambitious ideals, morality, wisdom and integrity and a multi-pronged approach that follows the national arrangements.
