近年来,监护人侵害未成年人的案件频发,深深地刺痛中国父母和社会公众。检察院设有未成年人刑事检察部门,作为专门机关应履行保障未成年人权益的职责。未成年人刑事检察工作针对侵害未成年人的案件,应当遵守儿童利益最大化原则及国家亲权原则,不断构建和完善未成年人监护侵害预防机制,维护未成年人的权益。
In recent years, guardians have infringed the cases of minors frequently and have deeply hurt the Chinese parents and the general public. Procuratorate has a juvenile criminal prosecution department, as a specialized agency should perform its duties to protect the rights and interests of minors. The criminal prosecution of minors aimed at infringement upon minors should abide by the principle of maximizing the interests of children and the principle of national parental authority, constantly establish and improve the minors’ guardianship and prevention mechanism and safeguard the rights and interests of minors.
