本文以螯虾细小神经轴突为标本,采用双玻璃微电极细胞内刺激与记录技术,观察了几种钠、钾离子通道药物对神经膜静息电位、阈电位、静息电位与阈电位之间差值、标准电量a及常数b的影响。结果表明:静息电位和静息电位与阈电位之间差值与常数b变化方向一致;而与标准电量a变化方向不尽相同。提示:静息电位和静息电位与阈电位之间差值主要反映神经膜应激性。
