本文利用我校设计、研制和生产的电火花加工脉冲利用率测量仪对电火花加工时各种条件下有效放电时间脉冲利用率进行了实测和分析,研究了影响脉冲利用率的各种因素,诸如:加工规准(脉宽、峰值电流、峰值电压)、不同电极材料、不同加工极性、不同机床进给系统等对脉冲利用率的影响。结果表明,利用脉冲利用率测量仪可以定量判别和研究放电状态的好坏,有利于电火花加工工艺的改进。
In this paper, we use the EDM pulse utilization meter designed, developed and produced by our school to measure and analyze the effective discharge time pulse utilization under various conditions in EDM, and study various factors that affect the pulse utilization rate, Such as: processing standards (pulse width, peak current, peak voltage), different electrode materials, different processing polarity, different machine feed system on the pulse utilization. The results show that the use of pulsed utilization meter can quantitatively determine and study the discharge status of good or bad, is conducive to EDM process improvement.
