在信息革命的冲击下 ,公安机关从战略思想到队伍编成、从装备保障到工作方式都发生了一系列的变革 ,对公安人事管理提出了严峻的挑战。为适应信息社会对人事管理的要求 ,公安人事管理必须实现由传统人事管理向现代人事管理的转变 :一、要用现代观念重新审视公安人事管理 ;二、要在实际工作中尽可能多地吸引并留住人才 ,尤其是信息社会急需的高科技人才 ;三、要改变重设备投入轻人力资本投入的观念 ,强化教育培训
