以黄颡鱼(Pseudobargrusfulridraco)[1]为试验对象进行谷氨酸、大蒜素、糖精等10种摄饵促进物质活性的研究。结果用t检验统计分析,这些物质对黄颡鱼的摄饵促进效果是:0.1mol/L蛋氨酸有极显著作用;0.5%甜菜碱有显著作用:0.125%香草香精、0.125%糖精、0.05mol/L蛋氨酸、0.2mol/L谷氨酸、0.05mol/L丙氨酸、0.2mol/L丙氨酸、0.5%大蒜素的作用不显著;而0.25,0.5,1%香草香精、0.5,1%糖精、2.5%甜菜碱、5%大蒜素、0.1mol/L谷氨酸、0.025mol/L蛋氨酸、0.05mol/L甘氨酸则有抑制摄饵作用。
Ten species of baits, including glutamic acid, allicin, and saccharin, were used as experimental subjects to study the activity of substances promoted by Pseudobargrus fulidaraco [1].
