拔制力是冷拔机设计和制订压下规程不可缺少的重要参数之一。准确选择拔制力计算方法和合理利用各种影响拔制力的有利因素是提高冷拔机产量、降低消耗的重要措施。我厂实测了拔制力,根据实测结果对原有计算拔制力系数作了修正,使冷拔机产量提高15%左右,每年可多为国家创造价值50余万元。因此,正确计算拔制力对指导生产与设计都具有十分重要的意义。本文通过我厂实测拔制力的结果,对目前各种计算拔制力的方法和影响拔制力的因素作了全面分析与比较,可供选择计算拔制力方法时参考。
Drawing power is drawing machine design and development of the order one of the important parameters. Accurate choice of drawing force calculation method and the rational use of a variety of factors that affect the drawing force is to improve the drawing machine yield, reduce consumption of important measures. Our factory measured the pulling force, according to the measured results on the original calculation of pulling force coefficient has been amended so that cold drawing machine output increased by about 15%, each year more than the country to create value of more than 50 million. Therefore, the correct calculation of pulling force to guide the production and design are of great significance. In this paper, through the results of our factory measured the pulling force, the current various methods of calculating the pulling force and the factors that affect the pulling force made a comprehensive analysis and comparison, to choose the method of reference for the calculation of pulling force.
