提出一种高效液相色谱法,能有效分离和定量检测双酚A中的三项杂质含量,本方法采用C_(18)反相柱和由甲醇:水为65:35组成的淋洗液用UV检测器在280nm处检测双酚A中的2,4-双酚A,三酚和色满三项杂质。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was proposed to effectively separate and quantitatively detect the three impurities in bisphenol A. This method uses a C 18 reversed-phase column and an eluent consisting of methanol and water at 65:35 The UV detector detects 2,4-bisphenol A, trisphenol and chroman in BPA at 280 nm.
