反思型学习支持者教学模式是以人本主义心理学、建构主义学习理论、自我决定理论为基础创建的促进学生自主学习的教师引导模式。该模式由三大部分构成:一是创设具有安全感的学习心理环境,二是重视培养学生知识获取能力,三是重视引导学生反思、对比错误解题思路和正确解题思路的异同,从而掌握有效的问题解决思路。该模式有利于促进学生自主学习能力的提高和学习动机的内化,有利于促进教师角色从传授者和控制者向学习的支持者和引导者转变。
Reflective learning supporter teaching mode is based on humanistic psychology, constructivist learning theory, self-determination theory to create a teacher-led mode to promote student self-learning. The model consists of three parts: one is to create a safe psychological environment for learning; the other is to cultivate students’ ability to acquire knowledge; the third is to attach importance to guide students to reflect on the similarities and differences between wrong thinking and correct thinking to solve problems; Effective problem solving ideas. This model is conducive to promoting the improvement of students’ autonomous learning ability and internalization of learning motivation, and helps to change the teacher’s role from the preacher and the controller to the supporter and leader of learning.
