本文采用中断试验方法,记录和观察了铜与不锈钢在摩擦焊接头形成过程中的物理现象.结果表明铜与不锈钢棒料的对接摩擦焊过程大致可分为初始摩擦的粘着;铜内摩擦、塑性环扩展;铜、不锈钢界面摩擦及不锈钢体内摩擦3个主要阶段.在接头形成过程中经历了两次摩擦面的转移.其内容对促进异种材料摩擦焊的接头形成机理研究有积极的作用.
In this paper, the interrupting test method was used to record and observe the physical phenomenon of copper and stainless steel in the process of friction welding joint formation.The results show that the butt welding friction process between copper and stainless steel bar can be roughly divided into initial frictional adhesion, copper internal friction and plasticity Ring expansion, friction between copper and stainless steel, and friction in stainless steel body, which experienced two friction surface transfer during the formation of joint.The content of the frictional surface has a positive effect on promoting the formation mechanism of joint of friction welding of dissimilar materials.
