国家社科基金第一批学术期刊资助名单日前公布。国家哲学神会科学规划办公室根据同行专家推荐意见，参考地区（部门）推荐意见、期刊综合排名、申报论证等因素，并征求中宣部出版局、新闻出版总署新闻报刊司、教育部利：会科学司等有关部门的意见，经中宣部领导批准，确定了首批100种人选期刊。《外国语》榜上有名。
