[目的]研究烟草中受甲基茉莉酸和水杨酸双重诱导的糖基转移酶基因sm-Ngt1过表达对水稻生长的影响。[方法]构建sm-Ngt1的植物表达载体,采用农杆菌浸染法转化籼稻粤泰B,对获得的阳性转基因植株进行高度检测。[结果]共获得117株阳性转sm-Ngt1植株。在成功转入sm-Ngt1基因后,水稻植株出现了不同程度的矮化,其中37%的转基因植株高度为71.4±9.8cm,27%的转基因植株高度为65.1±4.6cm,而未转基因的对照YTB的平均高度为130.0±4.3cm。[结论]为进一步研究sm-Ngt1的功能奠定了基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of sm-Ngt1 overexpression of glycosyltransferase gene induced by methyl jasmonic acid and salicylic acid on the growth of rice. [Method] The plant expression vector of sm-Ngt1 was constructed, and the indica rice Yue-Tai B was transformed by Agrobacterium tumefaciens. The obtained positive transgenic plants were highly detected. [Result] A total of 117 positive transgenic sm-Ngt1 plants were obtained. After successful transfection of sm-Ngt1 gene, rice plants showed different degrees of dwarfing, of which 37% were 71.4 ± 9.8 cm in height and 27.5% in transgenic plants were 65.1 ± 4.6 cm in height, while the non-transgenic controls The average height of YTB is 130.0 ± 4.3 cm. [Conclusion] The research laid the foundation for further study on the function of sm-Ngt1.
