监督公开是人大监督工作的一个重要原则,监督法将这一原则制度化。如何把这一原则从文本走向现实,如何使公开收到最好的效果,本期特别策划试图对这些问题深入调查的同时作些思考,探寻监督公开到位的实现路径。
Supervision and openness are an important principle of oversight work of the NPC and the supervision law institutionalizes this principle. How to bring this principle from text to reality and how to make the public receive the best results? In this issue, we especially plan to make further investigations on these issues and make some thoughts to explore the ways in which supervision can be implemented in an open manner.
