在英语教学过程中应以形成性评价为主,注重培养和激发学生学习的积极性和自信心。若我们的评价能以学生心理发展的基本规律为依据,符合学生的需求与喜好,一定会激发学生主动参与评价,使评价真正地发挥其激励和促进的功能。经过教学实践,我在英语课堂中进行有层次性的称赞,对学生给予趣味性的奖励,使用人性化的评价表和分享激励性的评价来优化英语课堂中的形成性评价。
In the process of English teaching, formative evaluation should be the main focus, focus on training and motivation to stimulate student learning and self-confidence. If our assessment can be based on the basic laws of students’ psychological development in line with the needs and preferences of students, they will certainly inspire students to actively participate in the evaluation so that the evaluation can truly exert its motivation and promotion function. After teaching practice, I made level praise in English class, give students interesting rewards, use humanized evaluation form and share motivational evaluation to optimize formative assessment in English class.
