瓦楞纸是由面纸和通过瓦楞辊加工而形成波形的芯纸黏合而成的板状物,芯纸在进入瓦楞辊滚压前,通过芯纸预热缸进行加热以及调整张力.而现有技术的瓦楞机在装机后,芯纸预热缸对芯纸的张力不可调,导致了不同尺寸材质的芯纸无法达到最优的张力进行滚压,降低了瓦楞纸的品质.
