目的:通过分析骨科术后肺栓塞的机理,来预防与诊治早期骨科术后出现的肺栓塞。方法:总结30例肺栓塞病患者在进行下肢骨折手术、膝关节置换术的临床数据资料,进行科学回顾分析。结果 :本组30例中患者中,治愈15例,好转9例,6例死亡。结论:加深对肺栓塞的认识,这也是早期诊治术后肺栓塞的前提,同时能够避免骨科术后形成肺栓塞。
OBJECTIVE: To prevent and diagnose pulmonary embolism after orthopedic surgery by analyzing the mechanism of post-orthopedic pulmonary embolism. Methods: The clinical data of 30 patients with pulmonary embolism who underwent fracture surgery and knee replacement were summarized and scientifically reviewed. Results: In this group of 30 patients, 15 cases were cured, 9 cases improved and 6 died. Conclusion: To deepen the understanding of pulmonary embolism, which is also a prerequisite for early diagnosis and treatment of postoperative pulmonary embolism, while avoiding the formation of pulmonary embolism after orthopedic surgery.
