十年来我一直在一所村级小学担任低年级的复式教学工作,尝尽了农村教学工作的辛劳,但同时也看到了新形势下农村孩子、家长对知识文化的急切渴望。我不断地参与新课程的改革和学习,以新的理念指引自己的教育教学行为,让新的教育教学方式走进了校园。近年来,校风、教学成绩都发生了很大的变化。
In the past decade, I have been teaching a multi-level teaching in a lower primary school in a village primary school and have done my best in rural teaching. At the same time, I have also seen the urgent desire of rural children and parents for knowledge and culture in the new situation. I am constantly involved in the reform and study of the new curriculum, guided my education and teaching activities with new ideas, and brought new education and teaching methods to the campus. In recent years, the school spirit, teaching achievements have undergone great changes.
