水利工程往往会在水资源比较丰富的地区进行建设,但是,这类地区的特点就是湿度大,土壤含水量较高,所以,基础强度就相对较低。这就造成,在水利工程建设过程中会受到软土地基的影响,直接影响工程建设质量。软土地基具有强度低、透水性差、沉降快、不均匀等特点,如果处理不适宜,就会造成基础变形,降低上层建筑的稳定性能,甚至会因为沉降不均匀等问题导致建筑结构受到损伤,影响安全。因此,软土地基加固时保证水利工程稳定性的前提条件,必须在施工前对基础加以处理。
