本文欲探讨IL 5在哮喘发病机制中的作用。用卵蛋白 (OVA)造模形成哮喘鼠 ,取其脾T淋巴细胞体外培养。以ELISA法测定细胞培养上清液中IL 5浓度。结果经OVA刺激的哮喘鼠T淋巴细胞培养上清液中IL 5 (4 4 6± 6 2pg/ml)明显增高 ;与健康鼠比较有显著性差别 (P <0 0 1)。认为T淋巴细胞产生的IL 5与哮喘气道炎症可能有关。
This article is to explore the role of IL-5 in the pathogenesis of asthma. Asthma rats were made by ovalbumin (OVA) modeling and their splenic T lymphocytes were cultured in vitro. IL-5 concentrations in cell culture supernatants were determined by ELISA. Results The levels of IL-5 (446 ± 6 2pg / ml) in OVA-stimulated T lymphocyte culture supernatants were significantly higher than those in healthy mice (P <0.01). It is thought that IL-5 produced by T lymphocytes may be related to asthma airway inflammation.
