我厂在加工中心上加工某工件锥孔时，开始时的精加工刀具为国产多刃高速钢锥度铰刀，加工质量不稳定，加工成本较高，后来采用德国MAPAL单刃锥度铰刀（图1），全面提高了锥孔的加工质量，降低了加工成本，现将该铰刀作以下介绍：
