某电厂机组一期工程中,对原引风机框架和前烟道支架进行检测鉴定,检测内容包括构件截面尺寸、混凝土强度及碳化深度、钢筋锈蚀及构件挠度。根据检测结果,利用有限元软件SAP2000进行结构验算,根据验算结果并结合检测结果对现有结构进行安全评估,对承载力不足的构件进行加固,提出相应的加固设计方案,可为其他类似工程提供参考。
In the first phase project of a power plant unit, the original draft fan frame and the front flue bracket are tested and identified. The testing contents include the section size of the component, the strength of concrete and the depth of carbonation, the corrosion of reinforcing bars and the deflection of components. Based on the test results, structural checking is done by using finite element software SAP2000. Based on the checking results and the test results, the existing structures are evaluated for safety, the members with insufficient bearing capacity are reinforced, and corresponding reinforcement design schemes are proposed to provide other similar projects reference.
