Recently, the State Council issued the Opinions on Implementing a Negative List System for Market Access, emphasizing the need to rely on the enterprise credit information publicity system, improve the annual report of enterprises and real-time information publicity, publicity information checks, operating abnormalities list and serious illegal business list system.
