随着科学技术的不断发展,机械制造和装配在工艺方面也有了很大进步。我厂在引进的新机研制过程中,大量采用新技术新工艺,使工艺技术水平有了相当大的提高,锥齿轮装配工艺就是我厂采用的一种新技术。这种锥齿轮装配工艺改变了过去传统的试装法,而选用测量法进行锥齿轮的选配和装配,提高了工作效率,经实践证明效果良好。 1.锥齿轮装配工艺配件传动机匣的一对锥齿轮,其结构如图1,在装配时保证锥齿轮啮合间隙为0.05至0.10毫米。
