目的观察COOK宫颈扩张球囊促宫颈成熟和引产的临床效果。方法住院分娩初产妇100例分为试验组48例和对照组52例,分别采用COOK宫颈扩张球囊和缩宫素引产。比较两组宫颈Bishop评分、自然分娩率、剖宫产率、产程时间、产后出血量、新生儿情况和引产相关并发症。结果试验组宫颈Bishop评分为(6.32±1.62)分,高于对照组的(5.22±0.98)分(P<0.05)。试验组促宫颈成熟有效率高于对照组(81.25%vs.44.23%)(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组第一产程缩短,阴道分娩率提高,剖宫产率降低,产后出血量减少(P<0.05)。结论与单纯使用缩宫素相比,COOK宫颈扩张球囊促宫颈成熟的有效率高,能显著缩短临产时间,降低剖宫产率。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of COOK cervical dilatation balloon to promote cervical ripening and induction of labor. Methods 100 cases of primipara in hospital delivery were divided into experimental group (n = 48) and control group (n = 52). COOK cervical dilatation balloon and oxytocin were used respectively. Bishop cervical score, spontaneous delivery rate, cesarean section rate, delivery time, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal status and labor-related complications were compared between the two groups. Results The cervical Bishop score of the test group was (6.32 ± 1.62) points higher than that of the control group (5.22 ± 0.98) points (P <0.05). The effective rate of cervical ripening in experimental group was higher than that in control group (81.25% vs.44.23%) (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the experimental group, the shortening of the first stage of labor, vaginal delivery rate increased, cesarean section rate decreased, postpartum hemorrhage decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with the simple use of oxytocin, COOK cervical dilatation balloon to promote cervical ripening efficient, can significantly reduce the labor time and reduce the rate of cesarean section.
