注采一体管柱工艺技术在超稠油井热采措施上被广泛应用。该工艺技术多采用上固定式杆式泵进行机采,杆式泵泵的座节经过注汽后,易出现杆式泵泵锚与座节座封不严产生漏失问题。统计近年该问题占杆式泵问题的31%,其中85%实施了作业返检处理,杜813-43-K48井杆式泵座封漏失是通过现场组合措施:①现场落实问题判断准确;②油井碰泵降低漏失量,证明判断正确,确定下步措施方向;③旋转光杆法除去脏垢,进一步降低漏失量;d液流冲洗去除脏垢和重新座封这四步措施处理漏失成功,避免了返检作业。
