《孙子·谋攻》中说:“知己知彼,百战不殆。”导购人员在销售过程中,只要善于掌握顾客的心理,就能做到有的放矢,顺利完成产品的销售。当导购人员向顾客推销产品时,许多顾客会抱怨产品的价格过高。分析起来,顾客这种行为的原因无外乎以下4种:一是想证明自己的眼力不错,能够看清价格虚实;
