目的了解2005-2015年11年间松潘县法定传染病流行动态和变化趋势,为制定防治策略提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法及Cox-Stuart趋势检验分析2005-2015年松潘县法定传染病发病情况。结果 2005-2015年11年间松潘县报告乙丙类传染病14种1 908例,年均发病率238.83/10万,无甲类传染病。乙丙类传染病前5位是其他感染性腹泻、肺结核、病毒性肝炎、细菌性痢疾、流行性腮腺炎。2005-2015年松潘县法定传染病发病率呈整体下降并间断性高发的趋势。肠道传染病最多。梅毒、艾滋病呈上升趋势。农民是发病最多的群体。手足口病和流行性腮腺炎分别在散居儿童和学生中主要流行,有周期性高发趋势。结论未来松潘县传染病防控重点是肠道传染病、肺结核、病毒性肝炎。幼托机构和学校是传染病管理、监测和突发公共卫生事件应急处置的主要场所。加强向农民群体普及传染病知识,重视梅毒和艾滋病等血源及性传播传染病。扩大疫苗接种年龄范围。
Objective To understand the epidemiological and trend of notifiable infectious diseases in Songpan County during the 11 years from 2005 to 2015, and provide a scientific basis for making prevention and cure strategies. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods and Cox-Stuart trend test were used to analyze the incidence of notifiable infectious diseases in Songpan County from 2005 to 2015. Results Songpan County reported 1 908 cases of 14 kinds of B and C infectious diseases in the 11 years between 2005 and 2015, with an average annual incidence of 238.83 / 100,000 and no class A infectious diseases. The top five B and C infectious diseases are other infectious diarrhea, tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, bacillary dysentery and mumps. The incidence of notifiable infectious diseases in Songpan County from 2005 to 2015 showed an overall trend of decline and intermittent high incidence. Intestinal infectious disease up. Syphilis, AIDS is on the rise. Peasants are the most affected group. Hand, foot and mouth disease and mumps were the main epidemics among diasporas and students, respectively, with a cyclical trend. Conclusion The main prevention and control of infectious diseases in Songpan County in the future is intestinal infectious diseases, tuberculosis and viral hepatitis. Kindergartens and schools are the main sites for emergency management of infectious diseases, surveillance and public health emergencies. We will step up popularization of knowledge of infectious diseases among peasant masses and attach importance to blood and sexually transmitted diseases such as syphilis and AIDS.
