针对矿山管道的受力状态及管道裂纹的产生原因,笔者分析研究了管道裂纹产生及扩展时的声发射现象。根据管道裂纹的定位方法,结合管道裂纹声发射现象的产生特点,选用时差定位法对管道裂纹进行定位。并针对时差定位法在实际管道裂纹定位中的应用,提出了一种改进的管道裂纹时差定位方法,即在进行管道裂纹检测时,通过不断增加传感器的数量来确定管道裂纹的产生位置。试验证明,改进后的管道裂纹定位方法切实可行。
In view of the stress state of the pipeline in the mine and the cause of the pipe crack, the author analyzes and studies the phenomenon of acoustic emission when the pipe crack is generated and extended. According to the pipe crack location method, combined with the characteristics of the pipe crack acoustic emission phenomenon, choose the time difference positioning method to locate the pipeline crack. Aiming at the application of TDOA method to the actual pipeline crack location, an improved method to locate the location of pipeline crack is proposed by increasing the number of sensors in pipeline crack detection. The experiment proves that the improved pipe crack location method is feasible.
