细胞通过模式识别受体(pathogen-recognition receptors,PRRs)识别病原相关分子模式(pathogen associated molecularpatterns,PAMPs)后,立即启动一系列炎症信号通路,发生先天免疫应答。在这个过程中宿主细胞不仅产生大量microRNAs调节TLRs和RLRs介导的信号通路,防止过度免疫反应对宿主造成伤害,而且病毒还诱导产生了大量microRNAs来下调免疫应答,降低宿主对其清除作用。本文重点就病毒刺激宿主产生的microRNA调节免疫信号的研究做简要介绍。
After the cells recognize pathogen associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) by pathogen-recognition receptors (PRRs), they initiate a series of inflammatory signaling pathways and initiate innate immune responses. In this process, host cells not only produce a large number of microRNAs to regulate the TLRs and RLRs-mediated signaling pathways, to prevent excessive immune response to the host injury, and the virus also induced a large number of microRNAs to down regulate the immune response and reduce the host clearance. This article focuses on the virus to stimulate the host-generated microRNA regulation of immune signaling to do a brief introduction.
