人在绝望中会激发出强烈的求生本能,会变得从未有过的大胆,在这种时候,任何传统和习惯都会变得异常脆弱,因为生存是第一位的。学校是校长的作品,虽然我不能一定使它成为精品,但是经过我精雕细刻之后,至少也是个满意的作品。作为校长,重要的不是忙,不是点头和摇头,而是提出符合校情的办学思路并转化为成果;作为校长,重要的不是行政指挥,而是思想领导,是永远站在明天来思考学校今天的发展,为学校的明天而奠基。新的时代呼唤新型的校长,只有确立符合时代的思维方式,才有领导学校的资格;只有确立以改革创新推动发展的办学思路,才有把学校办好的希望;只有具备足够的智慧和经验,才能使自己成为学校的灵魂。
