本文采用GC和GC-MS技术,就芹菜子的超临界CO_2流体萃取法(SFE-CO_2)精油和水汽蒸馏法(SD)精油的化学组成作了对比研究。结果表明,SD法精油的主要成分为单萜烯烃类物质,而SFE-CO_2法精油为苯并呋喃酮类化合物。共有32种化合物被鉴定,其中两种为首次在芹子油中被发现。
In this paper, GC and GC-MS techniques were used to study the chemical composition of celery seed oil by supercritical CO_2 fluid extraction (SFE-CO_2) and water vapor distillation (SD). The results showed that the main constituents of SD essential oil were monoterpenes, while the essential oils of SFE-CO 2 were benzofuranones. A total of 32 compounds were identified, two of which were found for the first time in parsley oil.
