本文分析了当前对信息概念的争论以及热熵、信息熵和申农测度等量的内涵。认为熵和信息的测度都带有明显的人类认识特征。通过对系统自组织机制的分析,说明信息不是自组织的决定因素,而是其结果的整体反映。信息实质上是对人类知觉的抽象和定量;即客体现象(组成和属性)在主体中定量的整体反映。它是客观的、直接的,且必有语义。信息语义是消息组织状况在一定识别规则下表现出的内容,因而带有一定程度的主观性。按照系统有序度的测度方法,本文给出了与申农测度相一致的语义测度。
This paper analyzes the current controversy over the concept of information as well as the connotations of heat entropy, information entropy and measure of farmers. It is considered that the measurement of entropy and information all have obvious human cognition characteristics. Through the analysis of the system self-organization mechanism, it shows that the information is not the determinant of self-organization, but the overall reflection of the result. Information is essentially an abstraction and quantification of human perception; that is, the quantitative reflection of the body’s phenomena (composition and attributes) in the body. It is objective, direct, and must have semantics. Information semantics is the state of the message organization under a certain identification rules and therefore has a certain degree of subjectivity. According to the method of systematic degree of measure, this paper gives a semantic measure consistent with the Shennong measure.
