通过对高炉铜冷却壁进行热态实验,研究了铜壁在模拟高炉工况下热面不同部位的温度情况,对铜壁厚度方向的热流作了深入分析。结果表明铜壁高的导热性能和钻孔工艺对高炉长寿意义重大。
Through the thermal experiment on the copper stave of blast furnace, the temperature of copper wall in different parts of the hot surface under simulated blast furnace conditions was studied, and the heat flow in the direction of the copper wall thickness was analyzed in depth. The results show that the high thermal conductivity of the copper wall and the drilling process have a significant impact on the longevity of the blast furnace.
