从去年上半年开始,各地相继放宽了水产品的购销政策和价格政策,允许水产品多渠道经营,跨地区流通。从活跃城乡市场方面看,政策放宽是有积极意义的,使进入城乡市场的议价鱼货比以前增加了;但海水鱼议价和市价上涨的后果也是不容忽视的。大连地区小黄鱼议购价每市斤1.2元,比牌价高2.6倍;带鱼议购价每市斤0.8元,比牌价高1.6倍。天津市去年3月24日取消议价最高限价后,规格2两以上的带鱼的议销价为每市斤0.96元,比牌价高1.66倍;大黄鱼议销价每市斤1.46元,比牌价高1.2倍。去年7月浙江省石浦港议价外调黄鱼,每市斤涨到2.12元。
