西安是一个符号,象征着中国曾经拥有的辉煌历史,这里曾经诞生全世界第一个“万国通商”的国际化大都市——长安。不过,现在西安的当政者已经不满足于谈论过去,西安市委书记孙清云在市委召开的一次务虚会上首次提出了建设国际化大都市“三步走”的计划,并详细列出了17项指标。这是中央决策层在《关中—天水经济区发展规划》中赋予西安这定位后,地方最高官员首次明确提出的战略构想。
Xi’an is a symbol of the glorious history China once possessed. Here it was for the first cosmopolitan city in the world, Chang’an, to have been declared a world trade center. However, now that Xi’an’s current political leaders are not satisfied with talking about the past, Xi’an Municipal Party Committee Secretary Sun Qingyun proposed for the first time an initiative to build an international metropolis “three-step” at a municipal retreat and details 17 Item indicator. This is the first strategic plan put forward by the top officials at the central government level after central decision-makers gave this position to Xi’an in the Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone Development Plan.
