我厂生产195型柴油机,其中气缸盖进、排气门孔如图1所示,最后精铰工序用的组合精铰刀是在刀杆上焊接硬质合金刀片的整体式铰刀。这种刀具虽能保证孔的加工精度,但主要缺点是刀具的使用寿命短。一般情况下,一把刀只能加1700件左右就报废了。在大批量生产情况下,由于刀具的寿命短而使刀具成本提高。针对这种情况,设计了一种斜面槽式可重新刃磨的套装式组合铰刀,如图2所示。件1为刀体,采用45~#钢调质,并在刀体上铣出4
