德育课是中等职业学校学生的必修课,它不仅承担着马克思主义哲学、社会主义信念、道德法律等理论性知识教学,更是帮助学生树立科学的世界观、人生观和价值观,形成良好的道德品质的主要途径。但当前很多职业学校德育课教学效果并不理想,德育课教学往往远离学生实际,空洞的政治说教多,教师讲得累,学生听得厌烦,远不能适应职业学校培养合格劳动力的需要。要解决上述问题,笔者通过教学实践认为应该从以下几方面进行认真的探索,找到切合学生实际与教学需要的措施,促使职业学校德育课教学取得实效。
Moral education is a compulsory course for secondary vocational school students. It not only undertakes teaching of theoretical knowledge such as Marxist philosophy, socialist belief and moral law, but also helps students to establish a scientific world outlook, outlook on life and values and form good moral quality The main way. However, the current moral education in many vocational schools is not ideal. The teaching of moral education tends to be far away from the actual students. There are many empty talk about politics. Teachers are tired of speaking. Students are far from being tired of listening. They are far from being able to meet the needs of vocational schools in training qualified laborers. To solve the above problems, the author believes that through teaching practice, we should carry out serious exploration from the following aspects to find the measures that meet the needs of students’ actual and teaching, and promote the practical effect of moral education in vocational schools.
