随着科研经费投入的不断加大,监管力度也越来越高,科研水平的高低直接反映了医院的核心竞争力和医院发展的潜力。本文从科研经费管理现状出发,提出深化内部控制、完善内部控制和监督制约机制,对加强科研经费管理至关重要,并提出了切实有效的科研管理经费对策,从制度建设、内控建设、信息平台建设和加强绩效评价等几个方面入手,建立健全医院科研经费管理体系。
