无砂混凝土不含细骨料,比普通混凝土具有更好的透气性、透水性,在工程中有广泛的应用前景。本文运用正交试验的思路按两因素三水平设计实验方案,主要探究无砂混凝土的水胶比和骨料粒径对抗压强度、孔隙率、pH值的影响。结果为:无砂混凝土其远低于普通混凝土,孔隙率比普通混凝土略大,其碱性较低。
Non-sand concrete does not contain fine aggregate, has better air permeability and water permeability than ordinary concrete, and has wide application prospect in engineering. In this paper, the idea of orthogonal test based on two factors and three levels of the experimental design, mainly to explore the water-cement ratio of non-sand concrete and aggregate size of the compressive strength, porosity, pH value. The result is: The non-sand concrete is much lower than normal concrete, the porosity is slightly larger than ordinary concrete, and its alkalineity is low.
