目的 建立一种用胶束动电毛细管色谱法测定去痛片中各组分含量的方法。方法 用硼酸·氢氧化钠·十二烷基磺酸钠为缓冲液进行分离,以茶碱为内标,254 nm为测定波长。结果 样品中咖啡因、氨基比林、非那西丁、苯巴比妥等4组分完全分离且呈良好线性关系,其加样回收率为98.26%~101.87%。结论 本方法简便、准确,可作为该制剂各组分含量的测定方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of each component in Zhutong tablets by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography. Methods Boric acid, sodium hydroxide and sodium dodecyl sulfate were used as the buffer to separate the theophylline and 254 nm as the measuring wavelength. Results The four components of caffeine, aminopyrine, phenacetin and phenobarbital in the sample were completely separated and showed a good linear relationship with recoveries of 98.26% -101.87%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can be used as a method to determine the content of each component of the preparation.
