电力营销系统是电力企业信息化建设的重要环节,决定了电力企业营销管理水平的高低。根据国内外学者的研究及走访调查电力企业,建立了完整的电力营销系统评价指标体系,并引入基于区间型的多属性智能决策方法解决电力企业营销系统的优选问题。评估方法在一定程度上避免了以往评价过程中的人为因素,实现评价工作的科学性和客观性,对电力营销系统的优选具有很好的参考价值。
Electricity marketing system is an important part of electric power enterprise information construction, which determines the level of marketing management of electric power enterprises. According to the research of domestic and foreign scholars and the investigation of electric power enterprises, a complete evaluation index system of electric power marketing system was established, and the multi-attribute intelligent decision-making method based on interval type was introduced to solve the optimization problem of electric power enterprise marketing system. To a certain extent, the evaluation method avoids the human factors in the previous evaluation process and realizes the scientificity and objectivity of the evaluation work. It has a good reference value for the optimization of the power marketing system.
